Will I need a Breast lift? Or will implants alone help the sagging?

I believe that you could get a good
result with an implant alone. Oftentimes, an augmentation can give the illusion
of a lift and more symmetry. Remember, your breasts are sisters, not twins. After you have more volume, it's often about the clothes you wear to achieve the look you want. In clothes, they'll look like sisters from the same family.After a minimum of 9 months, when the implant has
settled, you'll have a better idea whether or not you think your breasts are
perky enough. Before getting any surgery, you should wait at last 6 months after
you've finished breast feeding to allow your breasts to reach their final
post-pregnancy shape and size. For more information on this and similar topics, I

Without knowing specific measurements it is not possible to offer much specific advice, but if you don't pass the "pencil test" then it is possible that implants alone or with a minimal lift such as a Benelli would work. The implants need to be large enough to fill up the skin envelope. I am not sure that 295 cc would be enough to give you the look in the wish pic, which is pretty fake looking. 

The decision to pursue a breast lift along with
augmentation will vary greatly depending on each person’s individual anatomy,
preferences, priorities and goals. I would recommend you discuss this
with your surgeon in detail. Your surgeon will have a greater chance of
achieving closer symmetry if a lift is pursued along with the augmentation,
especially if you are starting from a situation where things are slightly
asymmetric. That being said, keep in mind that, “Breasts are sisters, not
twins,” and they will never look exactly the same before or after surgery,
because even after surgery, the final result is dependent upon how your body
heals and how your skin, breast tissue, and anatomy gives with time and
age. In addition, rather than trying to achieve the result achieved by someone
else in a photo, for example, a friend or a model that is found on line, I
would concentrate instead on appreciating whatever improvement can be made on
your individual anatomy as matching a photo is generally not very

Hello and thanks for your question.  You will probably have a great result with breast augmentation alone, but hard to say for sure without an in-person examination and/or side profile views of your breasts.  Everyone has some degree of breast asymmetry, and whether or not you choose to have a lift may also be affected by your expectations and goals.  I hope this helps to answer your question.

your surgeon can perform a mastopexy or breast lift with augmentation such as silicone implants.. You will be a great candidate for a peri-areolar lift, hugs!

Thank you for your question.  Your photos do not show that you are an obvious candidate for a breast lift. Your wish picture looks like implants of about a 600 cc size.  If you choose an implant that is this big, you will definitely not need a lift.  I think it would be very helpful to go to your board certified plastic surgeon and try on implants to see what size you are comfortable with. You seem to be a borderline candidate for a breast lift, so only an examination in person would allow a precise opinion. Speaking in general, you may need more than just 295 cc to reach the look of your wish pic, and you may want to consider dual plane implants instead of purely submuscular. 

 The look you're asking for will probably require a very large implant which may in of itself solve the issue of requiring a lift. Really important to have more than one consultation with board-certified plastic surgeon's and I suggest doing a try on session during these visits. That will give you a very accurate Assessment of what you will look like after the procedure.
