Tingling and burning? Thanks for this important question! Some people do experience more tingling and burning with lip injections and others. However, this can also be a sign of a cold sore. The tingling you are experiencing may be part of normal healing, but it is best to follow up with your injector to be sure.  It can take up to two weeks for swelling and bruising to resolve after lip injections.  Some patients find using Arnica and Bromelain supplements to be helpful.

Thanks for the question and photos. It is not uncommon for bruising to appear several days later and somewhat distant from the original injections.  The tingling is not uncommon as well.
