Dr. Hudak and her entire team are quite amazing! It all starts with Dr. Hudak and her skill, kindness, compassion and desire for excellence in service. She genuinely cares about you, your situation and doing the right thing for you in accordance with your concerns. I took her advice on remedying my sunken under eye sockets (thought I would need a lower blepharoplasty) with filler and darn, perfect outcome for me and NO surgery. She knows all of the fillers on the market and knows which ones are best for you and your situation. She also recommended some neurotoxins for my forehead which I chose to do and Voila…Great outcome there too! I did Pixel8 (mirconeedling with RF) to freshen up my skin and lift my eyebrows. Excellent job by Mayela who’s as kind and gentle as ever and most importantly, is skilled. I had Morpheus 8 performed previously at a plastic surgeon’s office and that was WAY too rough on my face. I got hyperpigmentation from that procedure. Dr. Hudak told me that Pixel8 is much gentler and more effective than Morpheus8 on your face and darn, she was 110% spot on! Love my Pixel8 results (no upper blepharoplasty needed)! Yay! I also chose to plump up my lips ever so slightly and they look natural to me and beautiful. I am 62 and have lots of weddings to attend this fall and thanks to Dr. Hudak and team, I’ll be very happy to show my face! Finally, I chose to have semiglutide injections via Tyson to loose that last and stubborn 14 lbs. I just can’t seem to get rid of. Lost 4 so far and ready to get rid of the rest! Tyson knows her “stuff” and I look forward to continuing to see her every week till I’m stable.
I love working with everyone at this office! Dr. Deborah Hudak is one of the most genuine, kind and caring physicians. I love getting HydraFacials and micro-needling with Mayela and Christina. They listen to your concerns and find the best solution for you with facials and skincare. Tyson is the best for weight loss consultations and figuring out a plan on your weight loss goals. Seeing the results is the greatest feeling!!!!
I started having double vision which made it hard to drive. Dr Hudak sent me for tests to make sure it wasn't a serious medical condition. When she was certain it was only a problem with the focusing of my eyes, she prescribed glasses that have totally fixed my double vision. Would recommend her to anyone.
I have been going to Dr. Hudak for many years. She is the best doctor in this area, knowledgeable , caring, and listens to her patients. She has treated me for eye problems, done a lip surgery, which you cannot tell it has been done, lazer to remove a brown spot on my face, catarized a lash, used kenalog injection on my eyelid. She is an amazing person. Cleveland Clinic is her background, which is a very well known Clinic with high regards.
Fabulous medical provider for ophthalmology and for aesthetics. I have been a patient with Dr. Hudak for 10+ years and in the last 5 have been depending on her for xeomin/dysport. She has been injecting botox, etc . for over 25 years and really understands the medical and aesthetical advantages.
I was tired of looking tired! I called my guru, Plastic Surgeon Dr. Deborah Hudak, for an appointment. I figured some Botox and Dysport should wake me up. Dr. Hudak is one of the most impressive doctors and human beings that I know. She is simply off the charts with her education, knowledge, skills and precision; the bonus is her great personality and beautiful heart. Whenever Doc has a suggestion, I sit up and listen. She explained how Radiesse and the latest Hyper-dilution technique could be just the ticket. As one of the very few physicians IN THE COUNTRY trained in this technique, I knew I could trust her advice. (She is always adamant about her own learning and training with the best, often the very source!) Well, let me say that the tired is gone from my face along with a few hollows I was trying to ignore. I am THRILLED! Aging ain’t easy. To have your spirits AND your face lifted, without surgery? There is NO ONE like Dr. Deborah Hudak of Raleigh, NC. Updated on 14 Aug 2019: There are just those days... the days when you don’t know how your face could have “fallen” so far in just one day! With Radiesse AND a doctor as good as Dr. Deborah Hudak, there are answers. I don’t get much down time so actual surgery, even if I wanted to consider it, is out of the question. What I love about my doc, is that she actually listens. For me, she felt Radiesse (and it’s newer applications) was a great option. No time off, great results, affordable and best of all, natural looking. It’s made such a great difference in how my mirror talks to me, as well as my friends and acquaintances. I am hearing lots of “you look great” and none of “what did you do”. Exactly what I wanted! Check it out. Better yet, check out Dr, Deborah Hudak. It’s all about getting what you want in the most optimal way and Dr H is the one to get you there!
I trust Dr. Hudak! She is amazing and her work is second to none. She always gets it exactly right- the right suggestions of treatment, the perfect timing, and the most trustworthy execution of treatments. I will never go anywhere else.
I’ve been eye patient for over 20 years. Over the years Dr Hudak continues to be knowledgeable and is an EXPERT in her craft. Look forward to many more beautiful years of service. Not to mention the office is very nice and the ladies at the front desk are always willing to help and resolve billing questions
Dr. Hudak is a wonderful provide. She is very knowledgeable and it is important to her to remain updated with the current literature. She is very personable and always makes you feel great! I highly recommend her!!
I have been seeing Dr Hudak for 10 years. She is a fabulous Doctor. She took care of an issue when I first went to see her extremely well. She did major eye surgery on me with no issues and has been keeping a watch over my diabetes retinopathy for years. Her exams are very thorough and she is extremely friendly. The best
The answer to your question is "It depends." It depends on how many BellaFill syringes you are receiving and who is doing the injections and where in the country you are being injected. You are not simply paying for the syringe....because in the hands of a bad injector, you can get a botch job. You can expect to pay more for an excellent injector. And some parts of the country have higher rents associated, so that is part of the overhead you pay for. The common range of price for BellaFill is $1000-$1600 per syringe, as best I know.
Absolutely!! There is a small possibility you will get some transient nerve pain related to the hernia repair, if it is in the area of treatment....but that can easily be treated with a short course of gabapentin, a Rx medication.
Care must be taken when using Ultherapy to NOT treat over the actual eyeball. With careful manipulation of the eyebrow, the portion of the upper lid that is just below the brow hairs but above the natural lid crease can be treated as long as the energy is directed toward the bone under the brow....NOT toward the eyeball. More commonly, we use Ultherapy on the forehead to lift the brow. For someone with a droopy lid from Botox, you need to know it will wear off and be fine, and in the meantime your provider can give you a prescription for apraclonidine ophthalmic drops to use twice a day as needed which will lift the lid about 2mm
Yes, if the lipolysis solution used contains sodium deoxycholate or phosphatidylcholine, then injected fat cells will be killed. Such solutions include Kybella and (fortified Kybella) mesolipotherapy. After the fat cells are dead, the immune system of the person starts to work to rid the body of that dead fat....a process that typically takes 2-5 months to complete. The result is permanent fat loss and substantial skin-tightening (especially with the fortified formula, mesolipotherapy, which contains both phosphatidyl choline AND deoxycholate at 42mg/ml concentration, compared to the wimpier Kybella which has only deoxycholate at 10mg/ml concentration.
Hello! Yes, there is a surgical fix for what you have: bilateral (both lids) lower lid retraction (downward displacement of lower lid edge such that there is white sclera showing below the "6 o'clock position" of the iris/colored part of the eye) with lateral canthal angle inferior displacement (downward position of the outer corner of the eye relative to normal). In nearly all situations, all this can be corrected with bilateral lateral tarsal strip procedure (aka Kuhntszymanowski procedure). It is a procedure done extremely commonly by oculoplastics subspecialists, like myself.
