Hello, I’m a girl, 5’4”, 21 yo. I have a good budget, so I’m aiming for the best possible result. I have saggy breasts, which are less noticeable when I’m skinnier (110 lbs). Right now, I’m 138 lbs, but I want to get my breasts done under the muscle once I return to my usual slim weight. Do you think it’s a bad idea to go for 400/450cc implants given my predisposition to sagging, even when I’m skinny? Or could it still look good? Do I really need a lift to keep it from pointing downward?
