Is there a way to bring nipples closer together/more forward if breasts point too outwards towards armpits?

many women seek improved cleavage. Narrowing the cleavage plane can be done very carefully by a skilled surgeon. Moving the implants too far medially can result in synmastia or unaboob which is very difficult to correct. That being said, the right amount of pocket dissection and implant selection can create excellent cleavage. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Ideal measurements for symmetric breasts would be for the distance from the suprasternal notch (the depression at the bottom of your neck) to each nipple to be the same and that distance to also the same as the distance from nipple to nipple. However, some patients have nipples that sit further out to the side so that the nipple to nipple distance is far greater than the super sternal notch to nipple distance. These people feel that their nipples sit out to the side and it is true that augmenting patients with these measurements does not improve the nipple position and can make it worse. I am not aware of any reliable procedure that can alter this.
