breasts point too outward, told that implants or fat transfer could only make it even worse… is there any way to bring them more forward facing? (let alone/besides even trying to make them any bigger) thanks

Answer: Can the nipples be brought closer together? Yes, the nipples can be brought closer to the center of the breast mound to a degree. This will require incisions and/or potentially a breast lift. Implants add volume to the look that you already have. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, there is a technique called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. There is also a mini version of the technique where the incisions are only around the nipple-areola complex. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
