Hi all! I am due to have a BA in January with Motiva Joy Demi profile 170cc over the muscle. I am concerned that they will look like two balls on my chest as I have very little tissue. Although surgeon has stated that I have enough to have them over the muscle. I showed images of Kendall Jenner for my ideal goals (very natural) I am 170cm and 54kg. I would really appreciate it if you could reassure me and give me your opinions on whether these implants will give me my desired result? Thank you!
Answer: Considering implants You are considering a conservatively sized implant which should result in a nice, naturally sized enhancement. You may consider having them placed under the muscle if you have minimal tissue as the muscle will provide camouflage for the upper outer portions of the implant. In addition, implants placed under the muscle have a lower incidence of capsular contracture.

Answer: Implant size Dear alex12384, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breasts I prefer the smooth round implants for better long-term results and fewer risks. I also recommend placing the implants behind the muscle for best upper breast fullness and hiding the implant edge, so you don't have the look of balls stuck on your chest.

Answer: Dr Paweł Szychta With 170cc Motiva Joy Demi profile implants placed over the muscle, you're likely to achieve the natural look you desire. The small implant size and moderate profile offer subtle enhancement without creating an overly round or "ball-like" appearance. Since your surgeon believes you have enough tissue for over-the-muscle placement, this should help maintain a natural contour. By clearly communicating your goals with your surgeon, you're on track to achieve a result similar to your inspiration, ensuring a proportionate and natural outcome.

Answer: Motiva Hi, Motiva profile and texture offers a very natural look, with that profile and size I wouldn't worry about a "fake" or "2 stiff balls" result , In my opinion I will also suggest a Hybrid BA to camouflage the upper pole of the implant and give more fullness into the cleavage without losing what you want, a natural look.
