I’m 21, 5’4, 64kg. When I was 74kg, my boobs were still a bad shape, still one bigger than other and still very small . I’m taking fenugreek and bee pollen to try and grow them. What can I do to make them look more normal.

Thanks for your question. It's unlikely those remedies are going to improve your volume and shape substantially. 
You have pretty classic tuberous breast - defined by constricted or narrow base and wide areola with herniation of breast tissue into the areola. Your best option is a breast augmentation with a periareolar reduction/lift. This often requiring lowering the fold of your breast that is too high and tight and internally releasing things to open up the pocket. 
I'd encourage a couple consultations with board certified plastic surgeons to ensure you're finding someone comfortable with these cases. They're more complex than the average augmentation but when done properly can have great outcomes.

Thanks for your question! You have a congenital abnormality called tuberous or tubular breast deformity. It can be genetic or come from underdevelopment in childhood. The only correction is surgery (and typically its done through a couple different procedures). I would definitely encourage an in person consultation with a breast specialist. Good luck!

This is called constricted or tubular breast condition.  Surgery is the only option.  An implant with a lift should improve the shape.

tuberous breasts can rarely be corrected without implants or at least a small one. The breast needs to be scored radially from the inside to expand it. If you don't place an implant behind the radial scoring it will fall back to its original state. You could theoretically remove the implant at a later day and graft with fat but that would be a separate surgery.

If your concerns are size and asymmetry, cosmetic breast surgery may be an option. You can consider breast augmentation to increase their size. A lift may be recommended since your nipples appear to hang below your breast fold. This would reshape your breasts to make them fuller and perkier. A lift and augmentation may be performed at the same time.

Your photographs demonstrate a number of the features that are associated with tuberous breast changes, for example a lack of development of the lower pole of the breast, and a larger herniated nipple areola complex. This is unlikely to change with the remedies that you have suggested, and is unlikely to improve significantly with time. If this is something that impacts on your overall well-being, then I would consider consulting a plastic surgeon specialising in aesthetic & reconstructive breast surgery.

Surgery is the only option for enlarging the breasts. Your breasts are very widely separated, hanging down and appear to be tuberous. You would benefit from a breast lift and implants done simultaneously.

Thank you for posting your question here let me start by stating that my answer is based on the limited information and pictures provided, for a more detailed/bespoke answer please consult with your plastic surgeonFrom the pictures it looks like you have Tuberous breasts. It is not the result of anything you did and it's not your fault and unfortunately there is nothing you can do non surgically to change them.Tubular breasts have fibrous bands that constricts them and misshapes them and restricts their growth. That condition is usually addressed by releasing those bands surgically and either placing an implant or performing fat grafting and areolar reduction +/- mastopexy. Usually patient satisfaction is high and you can get a great result.that being said surgery is an option and the final decision to proceed for it is yours and yours only.I hope this helps, best of luck!

You have what is referred to as “tuberous” breasts. This is simply the way your breasts developed. While not all that uncommon, most women such as yourself look for improving the appearance of their breasts if they are tuberous. The solution involves a mastopexy (breast lift) along with a breast augmentation to make the breasts round and pretty.
