Answer: A very small difference. A 255 cc Sientra smooth round moderate plus silicon gel implant is 11 cm wide. The 285 cc implant is 11.4 cm wide. This is a 4 mm difference. If you look at a ruler and measure out 4 mm, it is a minimal difference. If you don’t mind having 30 cc more volume, and you feel it still fits your frame and makes you look proportional, the 285 cc implant would be fine and only a slight accent bigger than the 255 cc implant. Best wishes.

Answer: Not much; about 2 tablespoons or equal to one notch on your bra strap After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them.
