My nose is fat for my small face my teeth are small and when I smile my god damn nose takes my hole freaking face and I have thought about rhinoplasty and doing it but I wanna I wanna know what you guys think
Answer: Correction of bulbous nose It appears from the photographs that you submitted that the bottom third of your nose is larger in comparison to the rest of your nose as well as your thinner profile. I would consider a reduction rhinoplasty to reduce the bottom third of your nose so that it fits better with the remaining portions of your face. It is a safe procedure and can be done as an outpatient procedure. Good luck in your area.

Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts can also be performed to improve the tip refinement. Answer: Good case I agree you'll look best after a reduction rhinoplasty, with the caution of not being too much aggressive downsizing the nose considering you are a male.The tip needs specific work with plasties to make or less broad and not boxy, recommendably with open approach.
