My nose is fat for my small face my teeth are small and when I smile my god damn nose takes my hole freaking face and I have thought about rhinoplasty and doing it but I wanna I wanna know what you guys think

It appears from the photographs that you submitted that the bottom third of your nose is larger in comparison to the rest of your nose as well as your thinner profile. I would consider a reduction rhinoplasty to reduce the bottom third of your nose so that it fits better with the remaining portions of your face. It is a safe procedure and can be done as an outpatient procedure. Good luck in your area.

I agree you'll look best after a reduction rhinoplasty, with the caution of not being too much aggressive downsizing the nose considering you are a male.The tip needs specific work with plasties to make or less broad and not boxy, recommendably with open approach.

Hello and thank you for your question.  Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip narrowing and refining rhinoplasty.  Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose.  Cartilage grafts can also be performed to improve the tip refinement.  You may also benefit from a conservative dorsal hump reduction.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with.  With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I completely understand your concerns and feelings. The nose is comprised of skin, bone and cartilage. We can change the bone and the cartilage but not the skin. You may have slightly more skin than optimal but with expert internal work- you should achieve a much more pleasing look. Choose your Surgeon carefully

A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the bridge and narrowing the tip. The bulbous tip is reduced with a conservative cartilage removal and suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. Thick skin will be very limiting as to how much narrowing can occur.

The appearance of your nose bothers you and the photos you posted support it. The nassl tip can be refined. The nose can be shortened and be narrowed. I would suggest you see a plastic surgeon and specifically discuss with him what you like and dislike about your nose. Dear avery1234, Yes you are right your nose is to big for your face and distracts from your other features. You would be an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty surgery to reduce your bulbous tip, slight dorsal hump, and narrow the bridge to bring better balance to your facial aesthetics. During consultation I would suggest that you have digital imaging performed this will show you a realistic proposed result taking into consideration your anatomy and skin thickness. Hi, I have performed many Rhinoplasty Surgeries over the past 30 years.  From the photos, your nose has a slight dorsal hump, is wide along the bridge with a nasal tip that is wide and under-rotated (makes the nose appear long).  In addition the chin is weak as are the cheeks and mandibular angles.  Open Rhinoplasty can provide the maximum amount of nasal thinning and refining while still maintaining shape that suits your face.  A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin.  Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick and highly effective.  Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles.  From the photos, your cheeks are flat anteriorly (in the front), the chin is weak as are the mandibular angles.  The following procedures would create a more chiseled handsome face.Cheek augmentation with cheek implants to add angularity to the cheeks and mid face.  This would be combined with liposuction to reduce the excess facial fat to further define the cheek shape.As mentioned above, Chin augmentation using a chin implant to add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.Augmentation of the mandibular angles using a dermal filler (jaw implants have too many unwanted side effects IMHO) to add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.Hope this helps.
