How much would it cost to fix damaged alar cartilage? (Photo)

Question

Hi injured my alar cartilage on one side. It's sticks out and creates a shadow or what looks like a discolouration. I injured it 9 weeks ago I think when squeezing my nose.I read it may still be swollen as cartilage takes a few months to heal. So maybe I should wait 3 or 4 months? If not what would the cost be to fix that area? Thank
