I have severe skin mottling after liposuction (which was botched; I am scheduling fat grafting for that). My waist is a hot mess now; my question is, what can be done for mottled skin? It gets very blotchy when cold, and fades significantly when hot. This is 2 1/2 years post op, so it is not going away on its own...

Typically and musculature should not be damaged if proper technique was used. If there is a seroma or hematoma that developed this could be causing longer term pain. Often if scar tissue develops, radiofrequency treatments or ultrasound can help improve this. I suggest posting...
