I lost 70 pounds, and kept it off for over 2 years now. I currently weigh 125 and I'm 5'3. No matter how much I work out or eat right I can't seem to get rid of my stubborn lower belly fat. Im fine with the rest of my body, its just that one area that really frustrates me. Will liposuction get rid of it? And which kind of lipo would be the best. I don't think I would need a tummy tuck.

You would need to be examined by an experienced surgeon to determine whether you have any loss of skin elasticity from your weight gain and then loss. If not, you would be an ideal candidate for liposuction. For example if you have any stretch marks in that area then you probably won't be a candidate for liposuction alone.
