Another reason for itching is the release of histamine that naturally happens as a result of wound healing. If the itching is bothersome, you might find that taking an antihistamine (benadryl, claritin, etc.) might give you some relief.Of course, make sure there isn't another reason for the itching first. Do you have any visible rash on the skin? Any redness or fever? If so, please let your surgeon know.

Without seeing you it is difficult to say, but it may represent swelling, fluid, or fat necrosis. Best to see your doctor, but it may be due to swelling and often improves with time.
I never use drains for liposuction. In all cases of liposuction that I can think of they are unnecessary. If your surgeon is considering using them then seriously question them on it. Good luck.
