I got my Liposuction a week ago and all of the sudden it started to itch why is that is it a good sign?

Without seeing you it is difficult to say, but it may represent swelling, fluid, or fat necrosis. Best to see your doctor, but it may be due to swelling and often improves with time.

I never use drains for liposuction. In all cases of liposuction that I can think of they are unnecessary. If your surgeon is considering using them then seriously question them on it. Good luck.
