Thank you for your question and photos. You do have nice looking breasts. Larger implants will lead to increased sagging and might not achieve your goals in the long run. If you were my patient, I would do fat transfer to the superior/medial areas of your breasts to give natural and soft fullness.

Going larger and with a higher profile will give you more upper fullness which is what you appear to be wanting. Please discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Don't go larger than what your frame and tissue will support.

Your breast augmentation looks good. The distance between your breasts is appropriate and I don’t think your implants should be brought closer to the midline. Be careful with increasing implant size. Using implants that are larger than the natural diameter of your breast increases the chance of undesirable side effects.
Based on your pictures, I would probably suggest leaving things the way they are for now.
