I was 20 when I was a 34A and had an augmentation with 300cc high profile Mentor implants. I’m 29 now and unhappy with my cleavage. Standing in front of me it looks like my chest is flat in any low cut top. I have to squeeze my breasts together to get the cleavage I want (picture). I am now a 36C/D. I don’t like wearing push up bras because the padding makes my profile look huge and disproportionate. Do I need a larger size and different profile? 2nd procedure before or after kids?

You have formed a capsule that is not letting it drop. Large implants do have a harder time in dropping. You could try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments to soften the pocket and see if your implant will drop. Otherwise, you will need surgery.
Yes, you would gain about a cup increase in size. However, please do not go over the size that your frame and tissue will support. With larger implants, your own tissue is stretched and thinned and will not support the weight over time. You will either bottom out or sag. It might be bet to keep...
Usually, rippling is from your tissue being stretched and thinned from the weight of the implant and the implant is becoming more noticeable. However, do have a mammogram if you have not had one done in the past 1-2 years.
