You absolutely can go larger than 500cc, but I would be extremely adamant about using some type of soft tissue support scaffolding such as Galaflex to minimize the likelihood of postop malposition given the size and weight of the new implant. Based on your size and dimensions, I see no reason why you cannot go larger than 500c. Additionally, your nipple areola complex positions are asymmetric and I would d likely perform some type of mastopexy, likely a CM for maximizing your outcome. Good luck!

The results of your 330 cc implant are quite good. If you want additional volume, you may consider fat transfers. This may help conceal the rippling in the upper breast and give more projection, 500 cc implants weigh over 1 lb each and in the dual plane position they will extrude inferior and laterally and bottom out. You may be changing one complication for another.

Your surgeon who has examined and measured you will tell you the maximum size you can go. Yes, a larger implant can be crammed in, but long term it will not look good. With large heavy implants, your tissue is stretched and thinned and they will bottom out or sag over time. Plus, if the width is too wide, you will have a fair amount of side boob, not always pretty or fits well in bras. Your size looks very natural for your frame now. I would suggest considering going to 425-450 cc's only.

Hi, I think some of the concern is that a larger high profile implant will be wider and might be too wide for your chest, this will either cause the implants to touch at midline or hang off of your chest wall. I would consider going to a ultra high profile which is likely the look that you want.

Based on the series of posted photos I think you can easily handle 600 + cc's HP implants. Best to virtual consult with... Expect fees in the $8,000 ranges.

I think your breast look pretty good the way they are. A significant number of women who have breast implant augmentation wish they would’ve gotten bigger in the first place. There are a few variables that need to be taken into consideration. The diameter of your breast itself is one of them. If the diameter of your breast is limited, then going to a larger breast requires increasing the profile. High profile implants, Kenta look like tennis balls on the chest, and the more you increase the size of the implant, the larger percentage of your breast will be implant, not breast tissue. If 90% of your breast is implant, then your breast will look like implants.
Did anything to take into consideration, his complications and long-term side effects go up as you increase implant size and this becomes difficult to reverse once you’ve gone there. The chance of the implants boring amount goes up with implant size, especially if the implant diameter is increased.
I suggest following your providers suggestions if you have faith and that surgeon.
I think most plastic surgeons who do a lot of breast surgery typically recommend some pectoral, or in your case bi-plane approaches.
It’s never a bad idea to get a few second opinions before considering cosmetic surgery. Do you have a lifetime to decide if you want to increase breast size but once you go up in size, it becomes more problematic to go the other way.
The enemy of good as perfect and all plastic surgeons know that saying all too well.
