As others have said, a physical examination is imperative by the treating physician. Your chest wall has been deformed by the erosion of the implant. However, the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. After 6 months, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

It appears that you actually lost some breast tissue. You may need more than one procedure. You will probably start with implants and perhaps mesh. Then, fat grafting can be done later if needed. I would suggest staying away from large heavy implants because this thinner tissue will not support the heavy weight.

Your situation is complex, and I don’t think it’s appropriate to address treatment options without having complete information including the luxury of an examination. Simply going back in Augmentin the breast is probably not a realistic option. The chance of recurrent failure will be higher and the aesthetic outcome undesirable. Do you have scarred, damaged tissue that probably needs to be removed. I suggest looking for plastic surgeons who do a lot of a breast reconstructive surgery especially autologous tissue reconstruction.
I’m not sure if it’s possible to get any reconstructive options to be covered by medical insurance. You situation is complex, and there are no easy answers. You deserve in person consultations, and I suggest scheduling a few of them.
