Hello, I have had my breasts done for 8 + a half years and I am looking at having them enlarged. They’re currently 410cc under the muscle + the surgeon I want to go with said the maximum he would go to is 550cc due to my small frame. Would there be a noticeable difference? I wanted 600-650cc, but he is not willing to go more than 550cc. Thanks.

Usually, rippling is from your tissue being stretched and thinned from the weight of the implant and the implant is becoming more noticeable. However, do have a mammogram if you have not had one done in the past 1-2 years.
You absolutely can go larger than 500cc, but I would be extremely adamant about using some type of soft tissue support scaffolding such as Galaflex to minimize the likelihood of postop malposition given the size and weight of the new implant. Based on your size and dimensions, I see no reason...
It appears that you actually lost some breast tissue. You may need more than one procedure. You will probably start with implants and perhaps mesh. Then, fat grafting can be done later if needed. I would suggest staying away from large heavy implants because this thinner tissue will not support...
