Timeline for an implant exchange drop

Question

Do implants still need a lot of time to drop after a 3rd implant exchange? From 485 to 650? Or would the drop and fluff be much faster ? Thanks

​Without examining you it is difficult to be certain but an increase of that size should not require much "drop and fluff" time as long as your surgeon does an appropriate release of the capsule. Even though an exchange is usually straightforward there are nuances to implant choice and the way the procedure is performed that can lead to better outcomes and quicker recovery so make sure to choose a breast implant revision expert, not just any local plastic surgeon. With such a large and heavy implant, there may be no additional room for anything to drop and fluff. However, this is stretching and thinning your own tissue. With time, you may bottom out or sag from the heavy weight. Please wear a good supporting bra now.  Hopefully your capsule previously formed can support this additional weight.
