Timeline for an implant exchange drop

With such a large and heavy implant, there may be no additional room for anything to drop and fluff. However, this is stretching and thinning your own tissue. With time, you may bottom out or sag from the heavy weight. Please wear a good supporting bra now. Hopefully your capsule previously formed can support this additional weight.

​Without examining you it is difficult to be certain but an increase of that size should not require much "drop and fluff" time as long as your surgeon does an appropriate release of the capsule.
