Post-Pregnancy Procedures
The goal of a mommy makeover is to correct the many changes that can affect a woman’s body after childbirth or dramatic weight changes. Most often, this procedure combines a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with breast surgery, such as breast augmentation and/or a breast lift. Tummy tucks remove excess skin and tissue while tightening the abdominal muscles to create a flatter, more toned abdomen, while a breast augmentation and/or lift improves volume, symmetry, and perkiness. It’s also common to perform liposuction on the inner and outer thighs, abdomen, and other areas that tend to accumulate stubborn, localized fat. Your treatment plan will be customized for your specific needs and desired outcome. Breast Surgery
Over my nearly two decades as a plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, Arizona, I have become a pioneer and thought leader in the field of breast surgery. My primary area of expertise is breast implant revision surgery, to correct issues like capsular contracture, rippling, and implant migration or replace old implants with newer silicone gel implants. I am also an early adopter of prepectoral breast reconstruction and have become one of the world’s leading experts on the topic. Abdominoplasty
One of my favorite procedures I perform here at Scottsdale Center for Plastic Surgery is abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck. This is a powerful surgery that dramatically turns back time for patients who have loose skin and extra fat in the mid and lower abdominal area.
