Answer: Cartilage grafting will give nice results Most Asian patients in my practice want their noses to be thinner and more defined. I usually give the dorsum of the nose more definition by using cartilage grafts from both ears. This also give more support to the tip. Then I reshape the tip cartilage and use a small graft to give it more shape. Patients recover very well and their ear donor sites look normal. Patients have been very satisfied with their results.
