The answer to your question is that once your bones have stopped growing, it is unlikely that the height of your nasal dorsum will change. Most females have already achieved their full height by age 14 or 15, although a minority, who are late to start menstruating, may continue to grow for another year or two after that. Thankfully, we now have a range of surgical techniques at our disposal to not only raise the nasal dorsum, but also to elevate and/or rotate the nasal tip, and even to increase the overall length of the nose. Of course a patient must not only be physiologically and anatomically mature, but also psychologically mature to be ready for rhinoplasty surgery.
