I believe you are describing a thick nasal skin envelope that is common in the asian population. Unfortunately, there is no home remedy that can solve this problem. A rhinoplasty can address this issue by debulking, or removing some of the fatty tissue from the undersurface of the skin which can help to provide more definition to the nasal tip.

If you are referring to the fleshy tip of the nose, it is usually caused by thick sebaceous skin in combination with thick cartilage, and subcutaneous fat. This can all be corrected with tipplasty which sometimes involve tip reconstruction with septal cartilage.
