I recently went to a Toronto PS who only specializes in rhinoplasty for a consult. I asked him to 1. Build up the bridge 2. Narrow the tips 3. Have a silicone chin implant put in. He quoted me $10k for using silicone nose implant +chin augmentation, and 20k for using my own cartilage This is even more expensive than a revisional rhinoplasty since my nose is untouched. I wonder what do you guys think in terms of the price? I would prefer to go with my own tissues if possible. Thanks!

Answer: Asian rhinoplasty costs I would suggest using your own cartilage for this procedure. I have had to take out too many infected implants that have shown up months and sometimes years after surgery without any warning. You only want to have the surgery done once and 20k is not unreasonable especially after OR and anesthesia fees. I often obtain rib cartilage and this is then finely diced and rolled in a thick layer of muscle lining (fascia) and secured in place over the nasal bridge. The nasal tip also needs to be grafted. Additionally, the nostrils may need to be narrowed (alarplasty and/or sill reduction). This procedure can take about 5 hours to complete with the combined chin augmentation.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Everyone's fees are different. You will find equally good surgeons at different price ranges. Good luck.
