I'm scheduling my 1st consult. and I'm nervous. I have nice perky breasts but they do not look proportionate with the rest of my body. I'm currently 32-27-38. I understand no implant is perfect and I want to have realistic expectations. I'm concerned about how far apart the implants will be and how noticeable any asymmetry will be. One of my breasts is a little less full at the top. It's not a huge difference but as I was taking pictures, it stood out more now that I'm looking at these details.

Cleavage is mostly determined by your own anatomy and to the selection of the proper implant to fit your dimensions. Based on your wish look for after the procedure, your first picture closely resembles the amount of cleavage I would predict. Bring these pictures to your consult and show your doctor your pictures. Please see attached WEB REFERENCE below (though you could actually go a bit bigger than the one I show). The last pic appears (IMHO) to be too large for your frame. Make sure you consult with a BCPS with expertise in breas!! Good luck!

Answer: Breast augmentation candidate, some advices: Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.After having analyzed all the info. and photos provided to us, i can realize that you have underdeveloped breasts.In my practice in cases like yours I prefer using the Cohesive Gel - Silicón Breast Implants with textured cover ("gummy bear implants") They are quite safe and aesthetically best as they give a firmer consistency, better projection and natural appearance. It will require a thorough evaluation and consultation with an experienced Board Certified PS who has done thousands of breast augmentations to get you the most perfect result. You do have a slight asymmetry which in the right hands can be minimized. I favor a most inconspicuous incision that is - maximally functioning. In the right hands- you should have a very pleasing result.
