32, 5'6", 127lbs, no kids and wear a 34A. Are these wish pictures realistic for my current breast size/shape? 32-27-38. (Photo)

Thank you for your question and pictures.  You are an excellent candidate for breast augmentation  It does appear from your pictures that you do have some asymmetries of your breast.  A consult would allow a better evaluation of these.  Cleavage is mostly determined by your own anatomy and to the selection of the proper implant to fit your dimensions.  Based on your wish look for after the procedure, your first picture closely resembles the amount of cleavage I would predict.  Bring these pictures to your consult and show your doctor your pictures.  After examining you in person a better prediction as to your results and realistic expectations can be discussed.  Best wishes!Dr. Joseph

Thanks for posting.   You do appear to be an excellent candidate for augmentation.  I believe that your first "wish pic" is a reasonable expectation based on your shape. Please see attached WEB REFERENCE below (though you could actually go a bit bigger than the one I show).  The last pic appears (IMHO) to be too large for your frame.  Make sure you consult with a BCPS with expertise in breas!!  Good luck!

Hi... thank you for the question and photos... Your goal is totally reachable, the shape of your breast help to make these decision. With a round silicone gel implants under the muscles these could be improve.

You are a perfect candidate foe a breast augmentation. It will require a thorough evaluation and consultation with an experienced Board Certified PS who has done thousands of breast augmentations to get you the most perfect result. You do have a slight asymmetry which in the right hands can be minimized. I favor a most inconspicuous incision that is - maximally functioning. In the right hands- you should have a very pleasing result.

 I think you will have a very nice result but the degree of cleavage that you're hoping for is not likely to happen. You may notice that your breast are more widely spaced than the wish pictures, the addition of an implant is not really going to change the cleavage significantly. 

Based on your photos, you have fairly widely spaced breasts, and this is not likely to change with the implants.  You may notice more cleavage than what you currently have, but not as much as other people.  If you were to place the implants closer together, the nipples would then be off center, which would be unattractive.It is best to see implant size in the office trying different implants, and that is the easiest time to discuss with you the anticipated results.Seek a board certified plastic surgeon who can help you understand your options and your expected results.

Thank  you for your pictures and questions.  Your own pictures show that you have an overall good shape to your breasts.  This is an important factor in what your outcome after surgery will be like.  Achieving fullness like your wish pictures should be possible.  You do have some more separation between your breasts and achieving the closeness of your breasts like your one wish pic may be difficult.  Make sure you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation for the best advice.

Thank you for your question. You can achieve the size but may not achieve the cleavage. The reason is that cleavage is determined by the insertion of the chest muscle on the breast bone i the center. If the left and right muscle inserts wide then the implant will not come any closer together. This muscle insertion point can really only be determined by a physical exam, though pictures do give some indication. As far as size is concerned, I measure the breast width to get an idea of size range. A breast that is wider than the chest wall will fall in to your armpit. Over time, you will not like that. My advice is to go to your consultations and continue to seek a few consults until you find a surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Good luck.
