Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there are no reliable ways to naturally increase your breast size. Surgery can be used to make your breasts larger. The most common way to do this is with a breast implant. Find a plastic surgeon who will take the time to understand your goals, so that they can help you choose the perfect implant. There are some other options to use your body's own fat for augmentation, but it's important that you find an experienced surgeon with demonstrated results that you like.

Creams and herbs will not work, save your money.Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable.Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

Assuming you are healthy, you are a good candidate for breast augmentation.



Location of the
incision, location of the implant, type of implant, and size are all critical
questions for women who choose breast augmentation. The keys are to fill out
the upper and lower parts of the breast with the right implant and to place it
in a way that looks relatively natural. The technique that best achieves this
is a Dual plane technique, where the implant is below the muscle in the
superior pole of the breast, and the lower portion of the muscle is released to
allow the implant to fill the lower pole of the breast. This covers the implant
sufficiently while allowing it to be in an ideal position and fill the breast
envelope beautifully. I prefer the
inframammary incision and cohesive silicone gel (gummy bear) implants. The common denominator to the most beautiful
breasts is that they were sized objectively on the basis of measurements. For
instance, we combine a proven formula based on measurements of the rests and

Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.After having analyzed all the info. and photos provided to us, i can realize that you have underdeveloped breasts with a moderate breast asymmetry, because the left breast is sagging more than the right.In my practice in cases like yours where the breasts constitution is very soft, i perform a "Breast Augmentation - Symmetrization Surgery" with Areolar Reduction, using implants of different volumes: In the right side we will use a small implant than the right, to achieve equal breasts.I prefer use the Cohesive Gel - Silicón Breast Implants with textured cover ("gummy bear implants") They are quite safe and aesthetically best as they give a firmer consistency, better projection and natural appearance.To place the implants, I recommend making the incision through the areola (leaving an unnoticed scar) in conjunction with a Round Block Areolar Reduction to get an appropiate areolar diameter, with a minimal and hidden scar (a circumference line surrounding the areola).The breast feeding chances can be affected to a lesser or greater proportion, depending of the surgical manipulation made in the mammary gland and areolas during the procedure. In my practice, I try to be as delicate as possible, preserving the integrity of the gland and areolas. Dear Fateema,  Thanks for submitting your picture. From the picture, you appear to be C cup with wide cleavage.  Since you are 19, the natural growth of your breasts is limited. Theoretically, breasts can grow till age 22-24, however, realistically, it will not be significant. So, if you want larger breasts, the only real option that you have are breasts implants. They will also give you a very attractive cleavage.   Not all results are the same, because experience and skills are very important. So, do your due diligence and choose wisely.     Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons , who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive.
