19 year old and I have small size of breast and I want it to grow, so please help with the thing that will make it grow (Photo)

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there are no reliable ways to naturally increase your breast size. Surgery can be used to make your breasts larger. The most common way to do this is with a breast implant. Find a plastic surgeon who will take the time to understand your goals, so that they can help you choose the perfect implant. There are some other options to use your body's own fat for augmentation, but it's important that you find an experienced surgeon with demonstrated results that you like.

Creams and herbs will not work, save your money.Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable.Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined in a thorough implant sizing session.Implant sizing depends on several factors. One of the most important factors is your breast width. Generally, your surgeon will measure your breast width, and then provide you with a range of implant sizes appropriate for your native breast size. There are more nuances to it than just what I've described, but this approach works for most women.I usually have my patients bring in a large bra and a tight t-shirt to do sizing. I'll then choose 3-4 implants that I feel are appropriate, and have my patients place them in the bra under the tight t-shirt. My patients can then look in the mirror and get a good sense of what they will look like with the provided implant sizes. My patients like this approach and get a great idea of how they will look.By using this technique, your surgeon can outline a range of appropriate implant sizes that will be aesthetically pleasing, and you make the final decision.I hope this helps. Location of the
incision, location of the implant, type of implant, and size are all critical
questions for women who choose breast augmentation. The keys are to fill out
the upper and lower parts of the breast with the right implant and to place it
in a way that looks relatively natural. The technique that best achieves this
is a Dual plane technique, where the implant is below the muscle in the
superior pole of the breast, and the lower portion of the muscle is released to
allow the implant to fill the lower pole of the breast. This covers the implant
sufficiently while allowing it to be in an ideal position and fill the breast
envelope beautifully. I prefer the

Dear Fateema,  Thanks for submitting your picture. From the picture, you appear to be C cup with wide cleavage.  Since you are 19, the natural growth of your breasts is limited. Theoretically, breasts can grow till age 22-24, however, realistically, it will not be significant. So, if you want larger breasts, the only real option that you have are breasts implants. They will also give you a very attractive cleavage.   Not all results are the same, because experience and skills are very important. So, do your due diligence and choose wisely.     Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons , who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive. Sadly, there is no magic pill or exercise that can make your breasts grow bigger. If you want bigger breasts, you'll need a breast augmentation. Why don't you schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area just to find out your options? Sometimes, it just helps to know what's out there.
