Hello I am 5 weeks pre op after having Breast augmentation. I had 350cc overs. Everything is healing good But my right incision has small had lumps in it. It's under the skin (so inside ) You can't see them but can feel them but it's a little sore . I have added a pic even tho you can only see scabs and glue Does anyone know what they are ? They a small round and hard Thanks

Commonly at 6-8 weeks scars look their worst with redness and firmness. This often gets better with time but some surgeon recommend post-op scar treatment with silicone sheeting and other materials. Best to ask your surgeon.
It would be difficult without seeing you in person to say that you are too thin to have breast augmentation. Certainly, the more overlying breast tissue you have, the more it would hide the implant. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to be examined and...
