Yesterday I bent over while dancing and dabbed forehead, did I mess up my Botox? (photo)

Thank you for telling your story.  Please don't worry, you should be fine.  From the sounds of your physical activity after the procedure I don't think you will have migration of the product away from the intended site.  Hope this helps.

I doubt very much that you "messed" up your Botox by dancing 6 hours later. However, I suggest you see your injector when the Botox takes on maximal effect at 2 weeks.Good luck, Dr. ALDO

I wouldn't worry about it.  I usually recommend my patients avoid lying flat for 4 hours and avoid exercise for 6 hours.  It's unlikely that you would "mess up" or move the botox if it was injected correctly.  Best of luck.  

Hi ~ Great question. If injected correctly the risk of negatively affecting the action of your Botox treatment is very low. Do not panic. It will take 5-7 days before you start to see the effects of Botox. Good Luck

That shouldn't be a problem at all especially given the fact that you waited several hours before going dancing.  Enjoy your botox!

There are no real physical restrictions after botox.  I do ask my patients not to be to active immediately after treatment to reduce the risk of brushing.  The restriction of not lying down or alternatively actively working an area treated have not basis is science.  Relax and perhaps next time look for a doctor who uses more up to date information.

I think because you waited 6 hours and level of activity you describe is not as severe as it could have been I think you will be okay.  Botox takes 3-5 days to work so you will have to wait 5-7 days before you will know 100%.
