I want to give a 5-Star review for the wonderful job that Dr. Bitner did for my facelift. Dr. Bitner had done a brow lift about 12 years ago and it still looks great, and I was ready for a facelift. It takes an intricately skilled hand to do this sort of work and I really couldn't ask for a better outcome. I am very happy with my results. To be honest, I was very concerned that all of my original beauty would be completely eliminated, but Dr. Bitner was able to maintain much of the positive areas that I recognize in myself as well as remove unwanted loose skin and sogginess. I'm not 21 again but I definitely look much younger. After surgery, no one could tell what I had done. I changed my hairstyle a bit that that is what people noticed. Thank you so much to Dr. Bitner and his staff.

I had the Deep neck reduction, submandibular gland excision, and direct submentoplasty procedure done by Dr. John Bitner. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I could not be happier with my result. John and his staff are so professional and caring and truly want you to be able to live your best life and feel good about yourself. I noticed as I age, my neck and under my chin and jaw sagging and looking full and poorly defined. Dr. Bitner removed all of that and gave me my jawline back!
I am now eight weeks out and the recovery was surprisingly easy as well. I had very little pain in the beginning and was able to handle it with just Tylenol and Ibuprofen.

I got a forehead reduction surgery in 2021 by Dr John B Bitner. Him and his staff are amazing and professional. They made me feel validated and safe. I recommend getting this procedure done, it boosted my self esteem, look more youthful, quick surgery and quick recovery. I do have a scar in my hair but no one can see it.

Let me start by saying that I am extremely excited with the outcome of my surgery, and very grateful for the tremendous skill, knowledge, and expertise, of Dr. Bitner!!! I can already see huge improvements in the appearance of my nose and I’m very happy with the overall outcome after only a few short weeks. Dr. Bitner and his staff are very friendly, professional, and excellent at their jobs. They really care about their patients and truly want to give them the best result possible. I have enjoyed each time that I have visited their office and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is considering having a consultation or surgery of any kind.

Dr. Bitner was able to significantly improve upon the appearance of my nose, and has corrected many of the previous imperfections; which seems like a miracle to me after going through many failed attempts by other prior surgeon’s!!!

My personal experience is that I had an initial rhinoplasty performed by a different surgical office (not Dr. Bitner) over 15 years ago. This resulted in a nose that was deformed, out of proportion, didn’t match the rest of my face, and had a very unnatural appearance. I was devasted and depressed with the results to say the least. Over the last 15 years, I have visited several other surgical offices (not Dr. Bitner) in an attempt to correct the initial rhinoplasty through revision surgeries. However, with each revision performed by these other surgeons, they were ultimately disappointing as they didn’t seem to address or even attempt to correct the main issues when it came to the size, shape, proportions, angles, and symmetry of my nose. For the longest time, I felt somewhat hopeless that I would never be able to correct the horrible appearance of my nose and would have to just accept it and live with it. However, those feelings all vanished with one simple consultation to Dr. Bitner’s office... During the consultation, I was able to sit with him and express some of the concerns and issues that I had with prior surgeon’s work. Dr. Bitner thoroughly explained each of the different methods and procedures that he planned on using in order to correct the overall appearance. As we talked, he was able to adjust some of my photos showing what he believed the final outcome was expected to look like based upon the methods he intended to use. Being able to see projected photos of myself after the surgery, helped put my mind at ease, and was actually something that had never been done by any of the prior surgeons I had previously visited... I left Dr. Bitner’s office that day with a renewed sense of hope and excitement for the future, that he would be able to finally correct the appearance of my nose, and I would be able to move forward from this mainly negative experience of my life.

After going through with the surgery, and seeing the final outcome, I can honestly say the decision to visit Dr. Bitner was one of the best decisions of my life!!!! Dr. Bitner delivered upon his promise, and was able to correct or significantly improve upon the vast majority of the work that was performed by the prior surgeons! I feel like a new person and have a renewed sense of self. I will be forever grateful for the great work that was performed by him and his surgical staff! If you are considering a surgical consultation with anyone, I would definitely recommend Dr. Bitner and his staff without any hesitation. The work that he performed in my case, was simply LIFE CHANGING for me and I consider it a blessing to have found him and gone through this process together! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Bitner and his office, and how pleased I am with the final outcome. He is a truly gifted surgeon and you won’t be disappointed with your results!

Dr. Bitner is an exceptional surgeon! Dr. Bitner and his staff always provide the highest quality of care! I had lost 160 pounds due to weight loss surgery. The excess skin on my face and neck made me feel older than I am. With Dr. Bitner’s expertise I now feel younger than I am! I am amazed at the results.

I think that Dr. Bitner is a very talented plastic surgeon. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Bitner and he recommended what would improve my aging facial features. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I have a medical background and I had a facial procedure 12 years prior. I was very pleased with the results, and I prefer his work over a highly recommended California surgeon whom I selected last time.

Had a procedure done by Dr. Bitner 6 months ago. The process is very smooth and recovery is swift. I am so happy with the final outcome and it exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Bitner is highly talented, very attentive, and honest. You will be glad for choosing him.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bitner and his staff. From the moment I walked in for a consultation I felt welcome and so very taken care of. Dr. Bitner is not only a fantastic surgeon but his bedside manner is some of the best I’ve seen. His staff is top notch too! His nurses and reception staff are some of the mostly lovely people I have met and are always so willing to help you in anyway. If you’re looking for the best surgeon around I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bitner. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice in doctor and clinic. So happy he was recommended to me and now I see why! I did a lot of research (including multiple consults with other doctors) when it came to getting a rhinoplasty done and no one came close to Dr. Bitner! It was like he knew what I wanted before I even told him, I was absolutely blown away with his skills and knowledge! I knew from the moment I met him he was the perfect doctor for this procedure! I’ll update with before and after pictures soon!

UPDATE: I got my cast off today and OMG I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER!! My nose looks even better than the renderings Dr. Bitner did during my consultation. I am so over joyed!!! Just wow! And I must say this last week Dr. Bitner and Jamie have been so responsive and reassuring as I asked questions about healing. I even sent Jamie a question at FOUR AM and she got right back to me! I am speechless right now, so incredibly happy with the results.

Here is a before and after photo I took a few hours after cast removal. I’ll post the ones Dr. Bitner takes when I got to my next appointment. But I absolutely LOVE it. I can’t stop looking at it in the mirror! Even with the swelling I am absolutely over joyed! It’s perfect and I absolutely recommend Dr. Bitner to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable and amazingly skilled surgeon!

I believe Dr. Bitner is the best Facial Surgeon you could find. He is so bright and is highly educated but more importantly he is an artist! You just can’t offer your clients anything better when you are performing surgery on your face! But there’s more you should know. Dr. Bitner has such a caring bedside manner. He gives you his cellphone number and you can reach him at any time. I actually had the audacity to text him on Easter weekend at 6 AM and he got right back to me. He is a great listener and I never felt stupid for asking even the most remedial of questions. I would recommend Dr. Bitner over any surgeon you could choose. And I paid for a few consultations with other surgeons! But none of them had the knowledge and education and experience Dr. Bitner had! If you’re nervous or have questions you can contact them and they will give you my number. I offered to leave it with them just in case someone wanted to ask further questions about my experience with Dr. Bitner and his staff. They’re all brilliant!

I thought I’d include a profile photo where I’m wearing makeup in both of these pictures. I also wanted to let you know that my goal was to fix a few things giving me a younger but still look just like myself. I wanted a really natural look and Dr. Bitner listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I’m mean really….look at those jowls and triple necks looked and then look at the after picture. Good luck. Choose Dr. Bitner because he is an artist and a great surgeon! Brilliant!

I got a rhinoplasty with Dr. Bitner 6 weeks ago and I could not be more pleased with the results! From the very first consultation, it was clear that Dr. Bitner is a master at his craft. He was so great at taking my concerns into account while applying his aesthetic expertise to create a nose that looks natural for my face.

His whole staff did a fantastic job at relieving my general anxieties around surgery and I walked into the operation 100% confident in Dr. Bitner's ability to create my dream nose -- which he did.

I had hardly any bruising post-op and everything healed very quickly and beautifully. I watched so many YouTube videos on other people's rhinoplasty experiences with other surgeons and I was prepared for the worst, but I had nothing to fear with Dr. Bitner. The whole experience start-to-finish was far better than I ever could have imagined. I absolutely love my new nose and it looks so natural, feminine, and fitting for my features.
