What can I do about the loose skin on my forehead? (Photo)

I believe you could benefit from Botox between the brows to relax the overactive muscle which could be causing the bumpy appearance. You may also be interested in a course of Thermage: a laser treatment which will tighten and tone the skin. Failing that, you might need an endoscopic brow lift and/or fat injections.

Based on your picture, I would suggest Botox/Dysport (I don't like Xeomin) for the frown lines between your eyebrows.  As for loose skin, a procedure such Ulthera might be a good option.  I would suggest that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person and review your options with you.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  At your current age I would recommend first starting treatment with a good skin care regimen of Retin-A, sunblock, and chemical peels to help thicken and tighten your skin.  Supplement this with Botox into the area between your eyes and that should further enhance your results.

This will help relax the muscles in the treated area thus, making the wrinkles and excess skin your experiencing go away. Thanks for your question.  From your photo it appears some softening of the forhead and area above the brow could be done by relaxing the muscles using botox.  This would reduce the muscle contraction and smooth the area.  A closer look in person would be best at which time it could be determined how much Botox is needed and in what sites.  Thanks again for your inquiry.

Thank you for posting this question.  The 'bumps' that you see are the result of the contraction of your underlying frown muscles.  For some people those muscles contract even when they are not frowning, which can lead to bumps like the ones seen in your picture.  I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the improvement that you will achieve if those muscles are injected with Botox.  Once the Botox has had it's effect you will be in a better position to determine if there is any unusual looseness of the skin and whether additional treatment might be warranted.  Please see an experienced Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist who can evaluate you in person and treat you with an appropriate amount of Botox and then assess you afterwards.
