I dislike so many things about my face. What would you do to improve it? My concerns are: Recessed chin (I had a huge openbite and was much more recessed before braces) I've always wanted a very defined jawline Pitted/textured skin from picking at acne for years Hooded eyes Very round forehead seems to stick out because chin is recessed. Lip corners not symmetrical Fine lines on forehead, upper cheeks, around eyes, between eyebrows Top lip seems small compared to bottom lip.
Answer: Facelift A face and neck lift can correct the ptotic cheeks and deep nasolabial folds and tighten the neck. A small chin implant can be done at the same time to correct the retrusive chin.

Answer: Facial Rejuvenation Good afternoon, Thank you for being willing to go on an open forum and ask questions like this. As a facial plastic surgeon I do not want you to feel vulnerable or attacked. My recommendations here are simply for your information gathering purposes. In my office we refer to this as chef's choice, which is where the patient allows me to recommend (in my eyes) the best blend of procedures to ensure you the ideal result. I love the shape and color of your eyes, so I would want to highlight that. Top down: 1.) Combined forehead reduction with browlift. All done through the same incision, will balance the relative length of your upper face with your lower face. Only about 2% of my browlift patients ever need botox in the forehead again, this will definitely help with wrinkles above and between the eyes, and redistribute the excess skin above your eyes so you will not need an upper blepharoplasty. If you are not interested in forehead reduction (many patients are not), I probably wouldn't recommend my endoscopic browlift, as this would resolve wrinkles and excess skin/heavy brow, but could make your forehead appear slightly larger. In this case would just do upper blepharoplasty with brow fat suspension sutures.2.) Lip lift: This will shorten the white skin of your upper lip and add permanent volume to your top lip. 3.) Extended deep plane facelift with necklift and buccal fat reduction: This will volumize your upper checks, slim your lower cheeks, and soften the creases around your mouth. Will also give you that crisp jawline you're going for.4.) Chin implant: Small, but this will also place some tension on your jawline to ensure your lower face is strong and balanced.5.) CO2 laser resurfacing: for an A+ result, to rejuvenate and reinvigorate your skin quality. Hope this is helpful :)

Answer: Face I would recommend a deep chemical peel, facelift/necklift, buccal fat removal, and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. This is on the extreme side of recommendations as all of these cannot truly be recommended without a true history and physical exam / discussion with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Improve my face You have several issues and concerns. Starting from the top, you have a long forehead, with low set eyebrows. This can be improved with a forehead lift and scalp advancement. This will soften the appearance of your upper face. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty will open your eyes and improve your appearance. Buccal fat removal and chin implant will help balance your face, and liposuction to your jawline..

Answer: Multiple Concerns Thank you for your question and pictures. You will be best served by an in person consultation with a board certified plastic or facial surgeon to discuss your specific concerns and a plan to address them. From your pictures, these are the treatments I would recommend you discuss with your surgeon: Chin/jaw: chin implant and possible mandible angle volume enhancement with implant vs filler/fat. Orthognathic (jaw) surgery would be another option but much more involved. Acne Scar: Laser skin resurfacing with CO2 laser or Microneedling with/without radiofrequency. Hooded eyelids: Upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) and possibly brow lift but that could make your forehead more prominent depending on technique used. Lip corners: From the pictures, I think the asymmetry you see is more from difference in cheek volume rather position/shape of lip corners. Buccal fat reduction might be beneficial. Fine Lines: Best treatment for the areas you mentioned would be Botox. Full face skin resurfacing for acne scars will also help with wrinkling. Lip size: Consider an upper lip lift as it would shorten the distance between nose/upper lip border and also roll out the mucosal part of the lip giving you more red-show.
