Look like I have bells palsy after facelift. What is happening? Could Botox help?

Unfortunately, we can’t really begin to make an assessment based on the information provided.
At 10 months, the results of your procedure are probably fairly final and unlikely to change by waiting longer.
Without seeing before and after pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure.
I suggest you follow up with your provider or schedule a few in person second opinion consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community.
For second opinion consultations, I recommend patient come prepared with them a complete set of proper before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report.
These should be available from your current provider if you request them.
Plastic surgery outcomes are generally based on two primary variables.
The first is the patient’s candidacy for the procedure in the second is the skill and experience of the provider.
Without seeing the outcome we can’t really give you much advice.
