Had a face and necklift in April 2023. My face has changed dramtically during healing, i had quite a bit of swelling and ditortion and from one week tothe next looked different as swelling decreased. Now at approx 10 months post, I look like I have bells palsy, my mouth corners are pulling down on both sides, one side is worse with a doopy cheek and jowl as well as downturned mouth. What is happening? Will this resolve? Could botox help? Thanks
