I was wondering what procedures do you think I'd benefit from in order to get an overall more ballanced/harmonious and attractive appereance. I am open to hearing both non surgical and surgical options. Thank you.

Hello, you are very young for the classical facelift operations. You don t have skin excess or jowling. Your problem is about your midface. Your cheeks are in descending position. And your under eye are is wider than we expect. You can get more attractive and harmonious face with midface lift /temple lift operations

My first suggestion would be to delay surgical procedures as long as possible because you have a beatiful face and with good makeup and care you ll feel look extremely pretty. How you feel about yourself changes the way you look for sure
Skin care, little botox, hairdresser, good strategy do do as minimal as possible its a good lifetime strategy for your face as a part of macro strategy.

I recommend a rhinoplasty, lip lift and chin implant. The rhinoplasty will refine the tip of your nose, decrease the projection and straighten the dorsum. A chin implant will give you a more straight profile and the side view will improve. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Rhinoplasty to sculpt the rounded nasal tip with reduction of the nasal alae would help bring the attention toward your eyes. Pyriform aperture augmentation would also be helpful. This can be done permanently with a graft during the rhinoplasty or temporarily with filler. This will help your upper lip on profile view become more vertical with less backward slant. It appears that there may be upper eyelid droop (called ptosis). It is hard to tell with photos alone. Seeing an Oculoplastic surgeon who can repair eyelid ptosis would allow a definitive diagnosis. If you have ptosis then correction will make you appear more awake and brighten the eyes. In the meantime, you could try Upneeq (generic oxymetazoline) eye drops to see if it is helpful.

Each person’s unique individual facial appearance is primarily based on facial bone structure. Soft tissue coverage tends to be fairly consistent from person or person and what differentiates each individual person as a recognizable individual is more based on bone structure.
For that reason changing your primary appearance is somewhat complex and involved.
If you really want to change your facial appearance and get an assessment, you’ll need to talk to craniofacial surgeons.
Simplistic soft tissue manipulation isn’t really going to change who you are and your primary facial appearance.
A reduction rhinoplasty may be a reasonable option for you.
There is something to be said about accepting our face and body that we were given without the desire to change it.
When needing to make decisions about elective Aesthetic surgery, there should be a clear, solid indication and healthy risk benefit ratio before moving forward to having permanent irreversible changes.
