Injection of any “graft”, must be followed by a period of time for the transplanted tissue to gain of blood supply, and become viable. Certainly by one month, the stem cells which you injected, have either established a blood supply and are viable or have been absorbed. At that stage, you should be able to proceed with your facelift surgery. Best wishes.
No one should be doing this. No one should realistically expect this unproven product will have any material effect. While it may be harmless, it is unlikely to be helpful and it reveals you to be vulnerable to the unsubstantiated and speculative claims in the market which are simply intended to separate you from your money without regard to your personal safety. Assuming the service is simply inflammatory, it should have no bearing on the timing of a facelift. Please don't do this again.
I don’t think it would matter at all. It just depends on whether you want to see if you got anything out of the stem cell injections. And each plastic surgeon will answer this differently. There’s no specific time frame.
I’m not sure where you live, but I suggest working with senior board-certified plastic surgeons to get competent advice regarding facial aesthetics.I’m not familiar with the product you had injected, but I don’t think that is going to do much for you.If you’re interested in having facelift surgery, then I suggest consulting with plastic surgeons in your community about that procedure.During the consult, you can ask questions about having the procedure with previous facial injections. Each provider will have their own view.Personally, I would suggest not having more of those injections.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
