Am I getting a uniboob? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and pictures.  From the pictures that you submit, there is no evidence of "uniboob" or synmastia. You seem to have a very nice result with a good cleavage.

From your photos it does not appear that you have symmastia. Please address your concerns with your chosen surgeon. Regards, 

Thanks for your inquiry, I do not see symmastia now and if your implants are under the muscle it isunlikely it wouls happen.  if your implants are above the muscle, then a risk does exist.  Please discuss with your plastic surgeon.  Good Luck.  

Hello,Things look good in the photo.  As your tissues expand and the implants relocate (drop and fluff), there will be less volume and pressure in the sternal area and you will look better.Best of luck!

Thank you for your question and series of photographs.  Your pictures do not demonstrate any clear signs of a uniboob, or synmastia.  There is a clear demarcation between your breasts along your breast bone and this will not change if you are three weeks out from surgery.  Hope this helps

Dear Freebird,   Thanks for submitting your pictures.   From observing your pictures, you appear to have beautiful cleavage (congratulation) and I do not see any risk of developing Symastia (unaboob).    Your implants appear to be riding high, which is normal for being 3 weeks after surgery. Just make sure to do the implants displacement massage, to facilitate the settling of the implants.  So far so good, enjoy your beautiful breasts.              All the best,                              Dr Widder

Thank you for your question. You have separation between your breasts. I do not see a symmastia. Usually, this will improve with time as well as breast implants have a tendency to migrate laterally as everything settles and drops.You can ask your surgeon if he/she would recommend a symmastia bra. It is a special bra that has a divider between each breast to keep the implants separated in order to allow the capsule to form with the implants slightly separated.I hope this helps.- Dr. Bryson Richards (Las Vegas Plastic Surgeon)

I would recommend you give it more time to determine. So far I think they look very good.  When you visit your Plastic Surgeon feel free to ask him/her what they think. Im sure you will be just fine in the long run. 

Close but not yet.  There is still some space but this is not quite synmastia yet.  In the meantime, don't push up the breasts with push up or underwire bras.  First you don't need it and second it will make this problem worse.  Or go to a smaller implants that actually fit your chest wall.  Have your surgeon take a look as well. Dr Vasisht

From your photos, I would recommend placing a small spacer (gauze) between your breasts to keep them apart during healing.Your PS can help you with this issue,although it doesn't appear that you have a true Unibube at this point.Be sure the gauze is pushed tightly against the skin and held with tape.
