I am a professionally trained classical singer and I've wanted to get a breast augmentation. My only concern is whether the scaring or surgery in general will have an influence on breath support, on the Diaphragm or lung capacity? I am aware of the recovery time but I am more concerned about long-term consequences? Since my career and future depends on it I have to consider all the outcomes. I would be grateful for some reliable help! Thanks

Without a picture it is hard to give an opinion but if the origin of the muscle is cut to the sternum and the implant does not move inside to fill out this space a dent can occur. If it persists, placing the implant above this muscle will solve this. Good luck.
