Hi. I had saline implants under the muscle with a lift in 2010. Explant with another lift after weight gain in 2019. I've lost 25lbs since then so I need another lift and would love scarring to be less drastic, there's bulging scars that have been there since 2019 surgery and now sagging. Can I just get another breast lift? I don't mind if they're small, but I want them full and perky. Hoping I don't need implants again.
Answer: Revision breast lift Thank you for your query. You can certainly have another breast lift. I would, however, recommend augmentation with some fat as well, as there will be some volume loss with the lift . There are several scar treatments that can help postoperatively. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!

Answer: Revision mastopexy Hello,Based on your photographs, you have glandular ptosis. This occurs when the nipples remain in a relatively good position, but the breast tissue sags along the lower portion of the breast. There is often loss of volume in the upper portion of the breast. The sagging can be corrected by removing excess skin along the lower portion of the breast utilizing the inframammary fold incision only. While I think this would improve the overall shape of the breasts, I do not think you have enough native breast volume to create significant upper pole fullness. If you would like to avoid a breast implant, fat grafting would be an option. However, the Increase in upper pole fullness would likely be more subtle than what you would get with a breast implant and also would depend on the availability of donor sites for fat transfer. I would recommend choosing a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who has extensive experience in revisional breast surgery. Good luck.

Answer: Full and Perky Thank you for your question. It would be hard to achieve more fullness without implants or fat transfer. Your nipples appear to be in an appropriate position so you don't need to lift them anymore. The only thing you could consider is maybe removing some skin laxity at the bottom of the breast - the nipple to fold distances seems a little long. That might tighten up some of the general laxity but won't help with fullness. Depending on the example maybe removing some vertically as well but difficult to say. I'd encourage you to get a few consultations to and discuss your concerns/goals.

Answer: Breast Implants & Scar Revision Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, your nipple-areolar complex is above the level of your inframammary fold, which means that you don't need a breast lift. Since you have a small amount of fat, fat transfer wouldn’t be a reliable option. The most reliable and predictable way to achieve fuller breasts would be to have an implant placed. Implants can restore the fullness you desire, especially in the upper part of your breasts, giving you that perky and full look. Also, your scar revision can be performed to improve the appearance of your scars, smoothing out any irregularities or bulging. You should discuss implant options with your surgeon to find the best fit for your goals.

Answer: Can I just get another breast lift? The first thing to address your goals would be added volume. This could be done through fat transfers or more likely implants. It doesn't appear that you would need another lift other than possibly something minor to improve the scars.
