my chest has always been uneven. I am 19 and a healthy weight . I was had been slightly underweight during puberty and then severely a year ago for a few months. I also recently had to get an abortion at 7 weeks which I am deeply shameful and sad about which left deep stretch marks on my breasts that are now white. these things now play a factor in my appearance, and I am wondering what I should do because I no longer feel comfortable in my body. Should I consider a breast lift
Answer: Breast lift A breast lift will help with better symmetry, shape and proportion. It will also help with ptosis of the breasts. Attached is an example of what you would expect to see . . . Thank you.

Answer: Breasts A breast iift would lift and reshape your breasts. You are a nice size, but you could add small implants if desired. Micro-needling can be helpful to soften stretch marks.

Answer: Breast lift at 19 Thank you for your query. Some asymmetry of the breasts is almost universal. When considering surgery, you have to weigh the scarring that will follow the breast lift versus the benefits which are- symmetry and lifting of the breasts. A single sided lift is also an option as is a non surgical breast lift. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!

Answer: Breast asymmetry Thank you for posting your question here and I am sorry about what you had to go through, I hope you feel better soon. In your question you mentioned "uneven chest", I am not sure if you mean that you have breast size/shape discrepancy or you are having issues with your actual chest wall. I will assume that you mean breast asymmetry for the sake of answering this question as it appears from the limited photos that you do. when it comes to breast asymmetry it is very common and can be addressed by performing a lift and in some cases a reduction if the discrepancy is significant. Would it get rid of stretch marks? well if the stretch marks are within the area that will be excised then it will otherwise unfortunately it will not.what it will solve is the discrepancy in size (or at least get them closer to each other, in certain cases complete symmetry is unattainable), and will lift them and provide a more desirable shape and nipple position. That being said each surgery has it's benefits and potential complications and tradeoffs that are better discussed with your surgeon, for example trading a better shape for scars, possibility of not being able to breast feed, possibility of loss of sensation to the nipple etc. I would also wait till your hormones normalize and your weight is stable before venturing on your surgical transformation journey. I hope this answer helps. Best of luck !

Answer: Analysis and Detailed Information Hello; There is asymmetry; in the size and shape of your breasts. These can be corrected; with breast lift surgery. In breast lift, skin is removed from under the breast and 2-3 cm outside of the areola. The skin cracks in these areas; will be removed during surgery. After surgery, scars will form on your breast; around the areola and vertically under your breast. These scars will fade and become less noticeable; within 1-2 years. However, since you are 19 years old and do not have serious sagging, if you are considering about surgery as an option, I recommend for that; you evaluate for all the pros and cons.
