Should I remove the Montgomery Glands months before the breast lift or at the same time? Would do it beforehand and letting it heal up give the surgeon better area to cut when trimming the areola? With my lift, do I need the incision fully around the areola or only the part that needs trimming? Last question! Do I need a full anchor or lolipop? I'm also getting far transfer at the same time
