I am 5'2" 160 pounds. My bra band is 34in. I am in a 34A to 36AA bra right now. My chest (each breast) is 15cm wide. I have picked a 700cc high profile silicone gel implant. I am going uder the muscle, and I am afraid that I will have wanted to go bigger. I want the upper pole fullness, and the "fake" look. Is this the right size? Or Should I Do The Ultra High profile 800cc implant? About what bra size will the 700cc make me? I have attached my before pictures, and the "look" I would like.
Answer: 700cc silicone gel augmentation I believe that you will be close to your goal photo with the implants that you have chosen, however you are a small framed girl, and I always tell my patients that on a first time augmentation, it may be hard to get to your goal size without compromising implant placement. If you have too large of an implant placed, you run the risk of the implant bottoming out, lower than your natural breast tissue. This is hard to correct and can compromise future surgical results. From your photos, it appears that your nipple areola complex is ptotic, and you would get an improvement with your results if you considered a peri-areola mastopexy. Without an in person exam, it is hard to know for sure, but my answer is based on your photos. Good luck!

Answer: Implant size Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to go even as large as 700 cc's. You will definitely be at least a large D cup. The problem becomes what a large implant dies to stretch out the skin and breast over time. I suggest around 500 cc's at the most, but you will easily be able to find a surgeon willing to place any size you wish.

Answer: 700 cc implants Thank you for your pictures. Based on your pictures I would express extreme caution undergoing a breast augmentation with 700 cc breast implants. This may result in secondary deformities that would be very challenging to correct. Based on your first picture you may need a lift as well to create the nice shape you would like in your "desired" outcome. Make sure you consult with several board certified plastic surgeons in your area prior to proceeding with your breast augmentation.

Answer: 700 HP silicone gel implant, what bra size will I be after? Thanks for your question and photos. Bra size is difficult to predict after surgery for a variety of reasons, but I am more concerned that you will not be satisfied with your result if you pick implants that are too large. Based on the pictures you submitted, the amount of skin between your nipple and the fold beneath your breast will not fit a 700 or 800cc implant. The surgeon would have to likely "lower your fold", and I'm not sure that you would like the overall shape of your breasts after the surgery. Realize also that the picture of the look you would like is a model that is wearing a bra designed to push the breasts up to create more cleavage and upper pole fullness. I believe you can get the look you are going for with a slightly smaller implant and a well supported bra. Best of luck!

Answer: Implant Too Big for your Breast Hello,You can not predict bra cup size. Ever. More importantly, your choice of implant size is way, way, way too large for your breast, and your nipples will be at the bottom of these very large mounds. You do not have enough skin between your nipples and the inframammary fold, and to have the surgeon lower the fold will give you a double bubble deformity and a very abnormal breast shape.
