How did 220cc silicone implants and breast lift give me bigger breasts that I don't like?

If no breast tissue was removed then you will predictably go up a cup size with 220 cc implants.  I often use smaller implants with attention to pocket creation so the implant is properly positioned to give the desired superior pole fullness, and often take out some breast tissue if the patient does not want to be larger.  Many patients desire slightly larger breasts to fill out the superior pole. I would advise waiting 6 months before assessing your satisfaction with the final size and shape.  You have a moderate size implant, and it is common to feel too large in the initial postoperative period.  I am glad you like your shape.   That is a huge first step towards being happy.

Thank you for your question.  If you had a lift (and no breast tissue was removed) and breast augmentation then your breasts will likely be larger than before surgery.  The purpose of an augmentation is to add volume.  There typically is some swelling after surgery, but the size increase from the 220cc of the implant will not go away.  I would wait several months to make a final determination.  Be sure to express your concerns to your surgeon at your next follow-up appointment.  Best of luck!
