Hello, I'm a 22 year old looking to hopefully fix my boobs. I'm around my biggest weight right now (200lbs). But even at my smallest (130lbs) my boobs have always maintained this look and shape. Bras all look the same on me, no padding or tons. My boobs do not fit in any cup size properly. They've always pointed away from each other and never stay up. My nipples are huge and take up a lot of my boobs. I really do not know where to start or what to have done?
Answer: Breasts I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and then trying on a variety of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. You would do well with a lift and implants. Ideally, you should loose all the extra weight first so you can pick your true size.

Answer: Will I ever have nice boobs and how? The first question I would ask is if you like the current size. If so, a lift could help give you a shape that may be more pleasing to you. If you would prefer increased volume, a lift with implants would be a good option. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

Answer: Breast reshaping Hi! You can definitely improve the shape of your breast, but before deciding what procedure is best for you, we would need to determine your desired size at your stable weight. If an increase in size is desired, then implants will have to be used. The elongated shape of the breasts and the large areolas can only be addressed with a breast lift, known as mastopexy. The incision involved is a lolipop incision that goes around the areola and vertically down the inferior pole of the breast. The combination of a breast augmentation and a breast lift will create a fuller and more lifted breast with a smaller areola.

Answer: Breast Lift Hello! Thank you for your question. Based on your photos I would suggest a breast lift. A Breast Lift (otherwise known as a Mastopexy) is a surgical procedure that can be performed using a number of different techniques to correct sagging, deflated breasts (known as breast ptosis.) This is achieved by meticulously repositioning the nipple and/or breast tissue, and tightening the skin. This will also address your areola size concern and make both areolas smaller. For more information and to view before and after photos please click the link attached. Be sure to consult with a board certified surgeon. Many surgeons including myself offer virtual consultations at a reduced fee.

Answer: Will I ever have nice boobs and how? A breast lift will address many of the concerns you mentioned. It will lift the breasts, raise the position of the nipple, and downsize the areola. You can add implants as well if you would like more volume. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The areolas can be reduced to the size you desire. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
