Hello, I'm a 22 year old looking to hopefully fix my boobs. I'm around my biggest weight right now (200lbs). But even at my smallest (130lbs) my boobs have always maintained this look and shape. Bras all look the same on me, no padding or tons. My boobs do not fit in any cup size properly. They've always pointed away from each other and never stay up. My nipples are huge and take up a lot of my boobs. I really do not know where to start or what to have done?

If you intend to lose weight in the near future, it would be recommended to complete that process first. You are a good candidate for a breast lift. If you are unhappy with the size, you can opt to have implants in addition to the lift. This procedure will give you a fuller, rounder and more projected outcome.

The first question I would ask is if you like the current size. If so, a lift could help give you a shape that may be more pleasing to you. If you would prefer increased volume, a lift with implants would be a good option.

Hi! You can definitely improve the shape of your breast, but before deciding what procedure is best for you, we would need to determine your desired size at your stable weight. If an increase in size is desired, then implants will have to be used. The elongated shape of the breasts and the large areolas can only be addressed with a breast lift, known as mastopexy. The incision involved is a lolipop incision that goes around the areola and vertically down the inferior pole of the breast. The combination of a breast augmentation and a breast lift will create a fuller and more lifted breast with a smaller areola.

Based on your photos I would suggest a breast lift. A Breast Lift (otherwise known as a Mastopexy) is a surgical procedure that can be performed using a number of different techniques to correct sagging, deflated breasts (known as breast ptosis.)  This is achieved by meticulously repositioning the nipple and/or breast tissue, and tightening the skin. The implants will help to create a more youthful shape and provide upper pole fullness. The lift will help reduce the size of your areolas and place them higher on your breast. Hello, thank you for your question. There is no one specific ideal weight for breast augmentation. For health and safety reasons, best to be at a BMI less than 30 or within 10 pounds of your goal weight and stable at that weight for 3 months prior to surgery for optimal results. It seems like you may benefit from a breast lift/ Areola reduction, and if you want  more volume you may benefit from a breast augmentation with implants. I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

The ideal starting point would be to have a breast lift down with or without implants depending on what you are trying to achieve.  A breast lift will size down your areolas, elevate your breast mound higher on your chest and give you some more upper pole fullness.  An implant in addition to giving your more volume, it will also add more upper pole fullness.I would ideally ask you to be at a stable weight before undergoing the surgery.Hope that helps.
