Dr. Baccaro just three weeks ago performed a tummy tuck with liposuction and a breast implant replacement. I am just three weeks post op and I am so so happy with my results this far. I can’t imagine what they will be at 3 months or even 6 months. I’m sure amazing!!! I knew I was going to choose Dr. Baccaro from my first visit. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with compassion, honesty, and great knowledge. His level of detail is just excellent. I will highly him to anyone who is wanting to have a plastic surgery procedure. My experience with him was amazing!

I also had an excellent experience with the entire staff. Brittany was amazing making sure I had all the information I needed before my surgery. The front desk ladies are always so pleasant and nice. The day of my surgery the nurses and anesthesiologist who helped take care of me were so nice and helped me feel safe and not so nervous. They answered all my questions.

I also can’t say enough about Lisa. She was so caring and nice the day after my surgery and at the two post op appointments I’ve had. She’s answered all my million questions with a smile!!

Dr. Baccaro listened to my wishes and offered realistic expectations, but more importantly he met those expectations to my utmost satisfaction. I “shopped around” for my breast reduction, and although his pricing was on the higher end of what I received, I cannot express how happy I am that I chose him. I knew he was the surgeon I wanted after speaking with him and reviewing similar before and after photos.

After healing from my breast reduction, I decided I wanted to proceed with removing excess skin and getting a tummy tuck after a lot of weight loss. I went elsewhere for this procedure because I felt like a surgeon on the other coast would have overall better pricing and more cases under their belt since tummy tucks are so prevalent there. Once surgery day came, I realized that I really wasn’t saving very much because Dr. Baccaro includes so many of the “extras” that assist with overall healing and pain management, where it was a more a-la-carte experience with the other plastic surgery center. I was satisfied with my results, but if my focus was attempting to bring cost down, that alone is no reason to skip Naples Plastic Surgery. You get far more included, which makes the experience overall less painful and easier to heal from. They don’t want to cut corners at the expense of the patient’s comfort. Plus, their facility is pristine and their staff are all wonderful.

I have known Dr Baccaro since 2019 when he gave me a reconstruction of my breasts due to a double mastectomy for Breast Cancer; his compassion, care, patience and understanding for the difficult situation that I was going through was truly special. I highly recommend Dr. Baccaro to anyone who is looking for a great professional and an amazing human being.

When I began my search, I was specifically looking for a surgeon skilled in implant exchange with smaller implants and a breast lift to complement my 5'1" frame. Before meeting Dr. Baccarro, I consulted with another plastic surgeon who was candid about his hesitations, especially concerning promises on nipple placement. He felt the procedure wasn't within his comfort zone. While I appreciated his honesty, I was left feeling uncertain.

Essentials like supplements, the post-op bra, and silicone scar treatment were all bundled into the initial cost, ensuring I didn't have to deal with any surprise expenses or decide on my own if I needed these products. I appreciated the fact that Dr. Baccaro felt them necessary to ensure I got the best results.

He was kind, honest, thorough, and most of all a perfectionist through out the entire experience- from consultation, surgery, and post op. I’ve done two procedures with Dr. B and I’m so very happy. First, I would like to say that my overall experience was FANTASTIC! The entire process was flawless beginning with scheduling my first consultation. The office staff are incredible and make you feel comfortable and welcome. I had my consultation with Dr. Bacarro for a mommy makeover. He went over all of the pros/cons of the entire surgery and what to expect during recovery. He fully understood my desired outcomes and helped me achieve those results. First off, let me start by saying that my entire experience has been amazing at Naples Plastic Surgery. From the office staff, to the operative staff and even post op, I have been treated like top priority. Dr. Baccaro is an absolutely amazing surgeon. He did a repair on a previous breast augmentation for me. We ended up taking out my implants and doing a lift and reduction, and just let me say.. the results are perfection. I’ve never felt better.
