Once again, thank you to all the doctors taking the time to offer very helpful insight for me. I am 5'2, 110 lbs, slightly curvy. I am going with mentor classic profile. I have chosen 235 cc, yet now I am wondering if I should go up to 255 cc. My current bra size is 34a. I want to *look* like a small c cup, as I know bra sizes cannot be guaranteed. I will either choose (235cc & 215cc) OR (255cc & 235cc) to fix the asymmetry.

Answer: Choosing the Right Size Implant Assuming that you've chosen a surgeon who's work you like and who is board certified, I would advise you to trust his or her opinion. You can certainly "try out" the two different sizes either with gel implants from your surgeon or the at home rice method (1 oz rice = 30 cc breast volume; put in ziplock bag and into your bra), but don't drive yourself crazy. Your surgeon has seen you in person and is therefore the only one capable of making a valid size recommendation.

Answer: No point in stressing out The difference in volume between those two implants is really minimal. I typically tell patients that they can't see less than 30 cc difference. Feel comfortable with your decision and try each one in a bra with your plastic surgeon before making your final decision.
