Thank you for your question and photos. CoolSculpting is known to cause PAH or paradoxical adipose hyperplasia. This is best treated with liposuction. I personally prefer to use the VASER technique due to the significant internal scarring caused by CoolSculpting. I see a lot of patients in my practice who underwent CoolSculpting with poor or no results and these are challenging cases. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Initial recovery is 7-14 days, but healing goes on for 3+ months. You will need to wear a compression garment under your clothes for 3-4 weeks. Good luck.

To make an accurate assessment, we need to know exact weight before, and after treatment and ideally a set of complete proper before, and after pictures if your provider took those.
There are a lot of variables to take the consideration .
Probably the most important variable in his provider selection when it comes to Liposuction.
Finding the right provider is not at all easy or straightforward.
I suggest having several in person consultations.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients, add similar body characteristics to your own.
