12 months post op - should I be able to see a difference from vaser liposuction and renuvion?

I paid for vaser 6 areas only a total of 300 ccs were removed. I see no results 3, 6, 12 months post op. No inches lost, Im not a large person, however, if lipo was recommended I think at least 1 lb should have been removed from my body, any input? All areas were separately priced and 50 or less ccs were removed from each arms x2 axilla x2 mons abdomen; skin is not tighter either, renuvion was also used. I should see something with the combination of vaser and renuvion right? I think my skin is more lax now with still no inches lost
