Can ultrasound wave heat energy generated during VASER chin lipo cause thermal damage to surrounding lymph nodes and glands bad enough to cause DNA damage to tissue that could cause mutations/cancer in that area down the road? My surgeon says vaser is superior to traditional but I'm afraid because of the unknown risk of tissue damage from heating
