Question

Would Vaser liposuction help me achieve tighter skin around the abdomen area? With a good skin tightening treatments I am also having stretch mark removal before hand. I scar very easily this is why I do not want a tummy tuck I would rather have Morpheus 8 treatments after I am 39 . Thank you in advance

In my experience, many patients avoid a tummy tuck by opting for Vaser ultrasound liposuction.

This will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin to a degree. Stretch marks will remain but are usually less noticeable after final healing 6-12 months.

There should be significant skin tightening (although cannot be 100% guaranteed), there may be a small amount of lax, thin skin at pannus which most patients accept.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Vaser and liposuction is probably not enough to give you a flat abdomen.  For that you will likely need a tummy tuck as well.  There are techniques that can be used to minimize the scarring effects.
