Hi! I’m looking to improve the definition of my jawline. I feel like I still have slightly chubby cheeks and some mild jowling, even though I had buccal fat removal a few years ago. I’m fairly young, so I’m not sure what route makes the most sense for my age and goals. I’ve been considering Vaser laser treatment for my jowls, but I’m not sure if that’s the best approach or if there are other options for skin tightening or contouring that might give me better results. Could you let me know what you would recommend based on what you see?

Great question, this comes up often during our evaluations. If there's a moderate amount of fat present, targeting this area with Vaser Lipo often yields moderate improvement. However if it's mostly excess skin, lipo may help to some extend by disrupting tissue planes creating fibrosis with...
Vaser and liposuction is probably not enough to give you a flat abdomen. For that you will likely need a tummy tuck as well. There are techniques that can be used to minimize the scarring effects.
In general you probably should have gotten better results than you are describing, but it is difficult to tell without actually seeing before and after photos. Renuvion should have made at least a slight noticeable improvement in skin laxity by 12 months as well.
