A physical evaluation is need it to determinate how amount of fat can be take from your arms to avoid extra skin again but definitely is possible to have liposuction in your arms after arm lift. Good luck!

it would be the best to wait at least 6 months for your result of arm lift to settle and mature; also for fat swelling and scaring in the area of surgical scar, to soften. After that time, you may consider liposuction and skin thightening procedures with radiofrequency and/or J plasma.. Hope this helps.

If you now have liposuction, you are likely to be left with loose skin again, and since you already have brachioplasty scars, there is no question that your best option to tighten your skin after the liposuction is to have further skin removed (brachioplasty). Energy based devices can produce some tightening, but it is likely to be irregular and vastly less effective than a brachioplasty.
You say you had surgery recently- it will take about 6 months to see a stable, final result so you are best to wait. If you remain unhappy, your best option will be to have a combination liposuction/brachioplasty.
