Can I get 360 Lipo, maybe need a tummy tuck or J-plasma to tighten skin and transfer the fat to my breast with a lift?
Answer: Can I get 360 Lipo, tummy tuck, and transfer the fat to my breast with a lift? (Photo) Your photos do not indicate the need for a TT; lipo and BodyTite may provide the results you are seeking. The results of harvesting fat from your anatomy and transferring it to the breasts are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and your expectations. You would need a consultation with a board certified PS to determine your available fat stores. Some of the fat retention rate will depend upon the amount of fat transferred, as smaller volumes will likely have a higher survival. Occasionally, a patient can resorb a great deal of the fat despite optimal transfer procedures. I typically transfer from 250 cc to 400 cc or so per breast. Thinner patients are outstanding candidates in my opinion, because the fat transferred is extremely resistant. I place one incision under each breast and the fat can be injected to the locations specified by the patient.

Answer: Mommy makeover Thank you for your questions and photo. you are a great Candidate for your requested procedures. As mommy makeover operation is a combined surgery, it would be better to see your pictures to give a better consultation and quotation. We generally combine tummy tuck, liposuction and breast operations for mommy makeover but first, we need to understand your needs.

Answer: Helping achieve your goals Yes, all these can be done at once. From your photographs, you are relatively lean so there is likely less fat available for transfer. Similarly, with a lift, there is only so much space to be able to graft o breasts. You need a second stage of fat transfer depending on the volume you desire.

Answer: Combination of procedures Dear boobies128, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others. Answer: Mommy Makeover Options I appreciate your concerns and desires, but you are in very good shape and you certainly do have options with regard to your mommy makeover. Physical examination would be helpful, however it appears that your breasts are somewhat deflated and asymmetrical but you do not need a lift. Unfortunately you do not have nearly enough fat for transfer to make enough of a difference. A better option would be placement of implants of different size and projection to improve symmetry, and achieve modest augmentation. You do not have enough redundant skin to consider a tummy tuck and it does not appear that you need one! Liposuction of your upper and lower abdomen, flanks and back is a better choice and certainly suited to your needs. I have seen lots of disappointing results with J plasma so I would spare the extra expense. Come see me or another board-certified plastic surgeon in our area for consultation to explore the best options for you. Good luck.
