Your photos do not indicate the need for a TT; lipo and BodyTite may provide the results you are seeking. The results of harvesting fat from your anatomy and transferring it to the breasts are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and your expectations. You would need a consultation with a board certified PS to determine your available fat stores. Some of the fat retention rate will depend upon the amount of fat transferred, as smaller volumes will likely have a higher survival. Occasionally, a patient can resorb a great deal of the fat despite optimal transfer procedures. I typically transfer from 250 cc to 400 cc or so per breast. Thinner patients are outstanding candidates in my opinion, because the fat transferred is extremely resistant. I place one incision under each breast and the fat can be injected to the locations specified by the patient.
Thank you for your questions and photo. you are a great Candidate for your requested procedures. As mommy makeover operation is a combined surgery, it would be better to see your pictures to give a better consultation and quotation. We generally combine tummy tuck, liposuction and breast operations for mommy makeover but first, we need to understand your needs.
Yes, all these can be done at once. From your photographs, you are relatively lean so there is likely less fat available for transfer. Similarly, with a lift, there is only so much space to be able to graft o breasts. You need a second stage of fat transfer depending on the volume you desire.
Dear boobies128,I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
I appreciate your concerns and desires, but you are in very good shape and you certainly do have options with regard to your mommy makeover. Physical examination would be helpful, however it appears that your breasts are somewhat deflated and asymmetrical but you do not need a lift. Unfortunately you do not have nearly enough fat for transfer to make enough of a difference. A better option would be placement of implants of different size and projection to improve symmetry, and achieve modest augmentation. You do not have enough redundant skin to consider a tummy tuck and it does not appear that you need one! Liposuction of your upper and lower abdomen, flanks and back is a better choice and certainly suited to your needs. I have seen lots of disappointing results with J plasma so I would spare the extra expense. Come see me or another board-certified plastic surgeon in our area for consultation to explore the best options for you. Good luck.
Thank you for sharing your question. Based on your photographs I would separate your procedures into two stages with 360 Lipo and fat transfer (not sure you need a lift) to the breasts and then assess your results. You will then know better if a tummy tuck is needed and justified based on the additional scarring. Best wishes.
Thank you for your question and your pictures. The pictures show that you have a rather straight torso with narrow hips. You don’t have a great deal of fat. Your abdominal muscles could be tightened which would help bring in your waist. From your pictures it does not appear that you have much redundant skin on your abdomen. For this reason, you may benefit form a mini abdominoplasty where your muscles are tightened from the top of your abdomen down to your pubic bone, the belly button would be lifted for this allowing maximal tightening at your waist. The belly button would be sewn back down and a small amount of skin removed in your lower abdomen. In terms of suctioning enough to get a small augmentation of your breasts it would be necessary to examine you to determine how much fat can be removed from each area. You may need to suction other areas to get enough fat. Using a small implant and further augmenting the cleavage with fat is another option. If you inject the breasts with all the fat that is removed from your procedure and you then feel your breasts aren’t big enough, you haven’t burned any bridges and you could certainly get a breast augmentation with implants done at a later date. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to help you understand all of your options, I recommend you find one that you like in your area and have a consultation.

Based on your photos you would have better results with a tummy tuck which can address the abdominal muscle wall. It doesn't appear you have enough fat for transfer to the breasts. I think you will have better results from implants. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. Together you can discuss your surgical goals and design a plan customized for you.
The procedures should be staged. I do not believe you have enough fat to be able to augment the breasts adequately and your back is perfectly fine. A tummy tuck does much more than tightening skin. It addresses muscle weakness. An exam is necessary to assess whether you need the abdominoplasty or whether liposuction alone can achieve your goals.
Hello and thank you for your question . The desirable BMI should be 30 or below before you have any surgery. A BMI of 42-45 is too high and your safety comes first. When you are close to your goal, meet with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area.
